Reliability Rides - Saturday 30th September 2023
Come and join us for a ride out and meet some new cycling friends.
This is an organised event of the simplest kind - A route devised by those who know the area well and refreshment provided at the start and end of the ride.
The cost of entry is £10
There are two routes - 60km and 100km You will be given a GPX route for your Garmin and/or a route card if you prefer. So that we all get back at about the same time and can share the crack and enjoy 'crumble and custard' together. The 100km group will start at 0830 and the 60km ride will set off at 1000 There will be a short safety briefing before each group sets off and a telephone number will be available if anyone gets into difficulty. (Please only use this in an emergency but we are happy to rescue or come to the aid of those who have problems or breakdown!) You will be expected to provide an ICE number before you leave.
We meet at Mungrisdale Village Hall (GR NY 365 302) or What3words ///flicks.pushes.pranced There is some reserved parking at the village Hall and more on the roadside a little further S down the lane but if in doubt please park away from the Hall and cycle in and preferably share transport.
